Hi, I'm Sandra Ruggles, a highly effective Master Results Coach and NLP Master. I specialize in shifting people to transform their disempowering thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes so they can achieve their desired outcome. My extensive training has enabled me to combine the most powerful state-of-the-art transformational tools and techniques to help my clients realize unparalleled results.

My path to becoming a success coach began when I transformed my own life at 21 years old after my husband of three years was killed in a car accident in 1980 leaving me to raise our two babies alone. I moved to Sacramento, California from Rochester, New York in 1981 to go back to school and pursue my college education.  In 1990, I graduated from California State University Sacramento with my B.S. Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate.  During my 9 year college experience, I bought, sold and invested in Real Estate and I coached others in real estate investing. My business education allowed me to use my natural coaching abilities to serve as many people as possible as they transitioned and transformed through their lives.  In 1996, after working in real estate sales and appraisals for four years, I decided to be my own boss and I created two companies, ASAP Appraisal Services and SMR Realty Services.  I had two very successful businesses but something was missing in my life, and I was searching for my life purpose.  

It was my ferocious curiousity that led me to study the Ancient Chinese Art and Science of Feng Shui in 1997 to enhance the real estate I was selling and appraising. In March of 2000, I became a Certified Feng Shui Practitioner, started doing consultations and coaching and speaking professionally on the subject. As a Feng Shui design and wellness coach, I began to see amazing results for my clients which spurred me to continue my studies in the healing arts. I found that I loved the healing arts and I knew that I was on the right path. Soon after, I developed another ferocious curiousity for health and healing of not just the environment but also of the mind, body and spirit. I studied Medical Intuition (Energy Medicine) and Hermetic Science at the Ritberger Institute where I received a Ph.D. in Esoteric Philosophy and Hermetic Science. During this time, I also studied Acupressure and got a Certification as an Acupressure Therapist from the Healing Arts Institute. My formal education continued in health and healing and the disciplines of Naturopathy, Kinesiology, Astrology and a two year study of the Kabbalah.

After a three week Shamanic journey in the Andes Mountains of Peru, I found what would literally lead me to where I am today. I followed the signs as I was led to the Christopher Howard Leadership and Coaching Academy and earned five International Certifications: Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming, Advanced Neurological Repatterning, Master Results Coach, Performance Consultant, and Master in Eriksonian Hypnosis. In addition, I completed studies as a Professional Trainer of NLP and Neurological Reprograming. I studied the specialized field of Medical Hypnosis with Seth-Deborah Roth, a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist and Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist with over 30 years experience in the medical field. I am a member of the National Guild of Hypnosis (NGH), the American Board of Hypnotherapy (ABH) and the International Hypnosis Federation (IHF).

For more than a decade, I have successfully coached and consulted with clients in overcoming self-sabotaging behaviors and guiding them through the process of transition and transformation of their lives both in business and in health and healing.
