I offer a 30 minute complimentary consultation as an intake interview so we can get to know each other and then agree on working together to achieve results. This can be done in person or on the telephone.

Pre-Session -  An assignment is required before we meet for our first session and this will be given after the 30 minute complimentary consultation.  This assignment is mandatory and never waived for any reason.  If this assignment is not completed prior to our first scheduled meeting, then we will have to reschedule the appointment until the assignment is completed.  This is very important to the entire process and a necessary element for you to get the results you desire.

First Session – (2 hour minimum) – Discovery tools to determine individual personality style and values assessment test, evaluate meta program elicitation test and goal setting.  At this time the detailed personal history is taken, CREATE outcome strategies discussed and then analyze beliefs, emotions, and attitudes assessments.

Second Session – (2 hour minimum) – This is when we do all the change work.  Sandra will use one or all of the following based on assessments to achieve desired results:  Hypnosis, NLP, Spiritual Treatments, Guided Imagery, Energy Medicine, Essential Oils, Acupressure, EFT, and EMDR.  We will set goals for our next meeting.

Third Session – (2 hour minimum) - At this time we discuss the results of our work together, do any additional work required that may have surfaced or are layering in to the process and then discussion of evidence procedure for knowing the goal has been achieved and then discuss goals for the future.

Depending on the issues, we may schedule weekly, bi-monthly or monthly maintenance sessions if the individual would like to continue with therapies; however, this is a choice given to the client after our third session together.

3 Session Payment in full is $599.00 (Save $151.00) for in office sessions. This can be paid in two installments or in full.  First payment is due at time of setting the appointment as a deposit ($300) and the balance ($299) due at our first session together. Phone sessions are a little less at a rate of $549 (Save $101.00).

Hypnotherapy Sessions

as the One-on-One Breakthrough Coaching

Hypnotherapy sessions may be less intense than one on one coaching; however, the same protocol is followed.  Sessions may be one hour long every week for a duration of not less than 3 weeks to 6 months depending on the issue we are working on and the desired results. Fee for service is approximately $125.00/hour.  

Business Coaching
Privately in my office or by telephone
With a 30 minute complimentary interview process as the other coaching options.

Business Coaching is usually done weekly, twice or three times a month for one hour depending on the desires of the client.  Writing assignments are usually sent via email and Sandra is available for questions during the entire month by email or by telephone.  The fee for this type of service is paid in 3, 6 and 12 month increments depending on the complexity of the business. Spiritual Coaching

Spiritual Coaching is sometimes desired in the case of a major life transition in which someone is seeking answers for self-discovery, clarity and awareness of purpose. This is to help each person determine his/her own inner power and how to think about how we all create our life experiences to learn and to grow from. Soul level healing takes place as awareness is brought forth from the unconscious mind to the conscious mind and magnifies itself in the light of truth. The forgiveness process and cutting the energetic cords are often done in a spiritual coaching session as well as prayer and meditation. Call for fee schedule.

Group Coaching

Sandra’s Coaching Solutions offers a variety of support groups, seminars, classes and
group hypnosis sessions that are ongoing and done in the Cameron Park office. 

The group sessions are a wonderful  way to experience hypnosis in a group setting with support. This is an excellent way to meet other people that share your desires to succeed in a supportive environment. If you’re not sure that you would like a private session initially, then this is an excellent way to experience hypnosis at a fraction of the cost of a private or phone session. Once you’ve experienced hypnosis and what it can do for you, then you may want to move forward with individualized attention to work further on your own individual desires and goals with Sandra in a private setting.
